I have a question.
I have downloaded Messenger Plus, but when I press "run", it begins to run, writing "loading setup", but doesn't stop. How long should it take?

It should take just a few seconds, certainly not more then a minute. All it does while it shows that message is extracting.

Maybe your download got corrupted, delete the file, download it again from the download page and try again.

Also, make sure that you're not running any programs that interfere with the setup. None spring to mind, but it's always a good idea to minimise the number of programs you're running when installing another.
