I went to this siteto add emotions and they say they are animated and went i save them and use them on my msn they are not animated is threre any way i can animate them??????
you will need version 7.0 or higher of MSN to view custom, animated emoticons.
If you are still running version 6 or lower, I recommend upgrading by visiting http://messenger.msn.com
have you vewed them to verify that they really are animated?
Open the image using a web browser (right-click > Open with...) and see if the image is moving. If it is, try removing the emoticon and re-add it to your msn
Also, verify that on the Add Emoticons page that they move as well. Check to see if the default emoticons are animated.
The circled images below are animated, and are in fact moving on my screen:
