I have a 16x16 image, and would like it to be rotated.
I tried doing it frame by frame, but I got pissed off after making 0,30,60,90,120,150 degrees

Is there a freeware tool somewhere that can quickly do this ?

just give me the image, i'll do it

and specify the time and angle per frame

I don't care how fast it rotates, as preferably a tad slow, but still able to see it rotates
