O.P. Shoutbox tooltip is wrong.
If you go back one page in the shoutbox a small arrow is shown towards the bottom of the page to move back to the current page of text. Hovering over this arrow gives a tooltip which apparently shows the total number of shouts 'shouted'.
The number shown there, however, is almost 200 lower than the shout ID of each individual shout...
As a result of this, typing /shout <number given as total shouts in tooltip> will not take you to the final shout.
Just a guess, could this be to do with deleted shouts? The shoutID continues to rise whereas the total number of shouts drops as a result of the deleted shouts.
