I dunno how to color my nick name can you tell me how to change it?

1) Open a conversation window with a contact.
2) Type /nick then put a space!
3) Press Control+K.
4) Select the colour you want your name to be.
5) Type the name you want your name to be name.
6) Press Enter

If you want your name to be multiple colours, then just put your cursor where you want the new colour to start, and repeat Steps 3 and 4.

Remember you won't get ur nicky glowing with colours by following those lovely little steps without downloading the plugin http://www.msgplus.net/pluginsdb/down/?action=file&id=82

no longer needed.. i don't have it and i can change my colour pal

It was never needed at all...

ColorNick simply uses the "/nick" command to make color editing a bit more convenient, it never ever added the coloring by its own; it actually does exactly what lordy16 has said.
