O.P. Windows Live Mail question
Ok..

You can make different folders in Windows Live Mail, like below:

When I get an e-mail directed to the appropriate folder, like Messenger Plus! Live e-mails from Patchou go to the 'Messenger Plus! Live' folder, however on Windows Live Messenger, it doesn't show I have any new e-mails, which gets annoying. It only shows e-mails in the inbox. Is there any way to show I have emails in these folders?

I'm not a WLMail tester, but is it possible to move them IN your Inbox folder? So it's a submap? :-/
I could be totally wrong, but that's how I think it could be... ^o)

That's what I wanted to do. I tried dragging the folders to the inbox but doesn't work and don't think it's possible. :(

Give your feedback to:
http://feedback.live.com

They do listen and your feature maybe added. I also see this as a kind of bug, you may want to contact both the Windows Live Mail and the Windows Live Messenger teams. :)

RE: Windows Live Mail question
From what I've seen in the WLM API (which is the same as the old MSN API), it's only aware of the Inbox. It does have something to ask for 'All Other Folders', but that's either not used inside WLM, or not implemented in Mail.

Aside:
Windows Live Messenger = WLM.
Windows Live Mail = WLM.

I see confusion.

This isn't a bug. It is working as designed.

WLM only shows the number of unread messages in your Inbox.

WLMail doesn't know the difference between folders - how is it to tell the difference between a custom Sent folder you have and the difference between a custom Inbox folder you have (so to speak).

If anything, it is a suggestion that nested folders inside the Inbox should be supported.

No reply yet.

Can I also ask, on the same topic, I can't find any way in options to disable the dictionary (when you mis-spell words it has a red underline, like Word).

Is this another suggestion I should make?
