For some reason, WLM 8 crashes at least 5 times a day. Sometimes when I just leave the program open for a few minutes, I get an error and have to close. Sometimes, when just opening a conversation, it crashes. Sometimes I feel like my head is going to explode.

Does this happen to anyone else? The beta actually had much less bugs than this supposedly "final" version. I'm so mad right now.

Where did you download WLM 8 from?

What does the error say?

Downloaded it directly from Microsoft.

How does it crash? Which version are you using?

does it give you an error code?.. that doesnt tell us much

And by how...you mean what causes it to crash? Well, every time I try importing a script in the Messenger Plus Live options, it crashes. That's the only way it consistently crashes. Other times are random, like when I open convos with other people.

Nope, never gives me a code, it's always the same error.

does it just freeze and that error thingy pop up or what??

Yep, it just hangs a little, and displays the error.
I think I'm being kinda vague though...is there any other info you need?

Have you tried re-downloading it? if not try re-downloading it, if the problem keeps occuring contact msn support here http://support.msn.com/contactus.aspx

I know its not windows live support but i can not  direct support system for windows live messenger and when i have a problem i contact the support msn people, and they get back to me in 5 hours.

uninstall and then download version 787, thats the stable version
