O.P. Welcome Panel Fix
Well it has been bothering me since the begining. I think the "Community Forums" and "logout - user cp - member list......" should be moved up to be at the same level as the "Welcome back...." text.

A simple fix would be to give the div that holds the links the attribute "float: left;" since I think the welcome back div already has "float: right;"

I don't see a problem with it (it's made to look like the website's internal header), but what does everybody think?

I think it looks better the way it is now than it would in ValSpy's idea.

I really like how it is now (although the space between the top of the page and the first post on a page does seem a little large) but overall it looks great, the change is awsome.

Same here.

Look at it in a smaller resolution (resize window) and you'll see that the welcome block actually goes above the row of links. If they were on the same level, it would be a mess.

A slight problem caused there, the home | news | blah | etc buttons go on top of the top left icon

We can't do anything about that really.

If you are using a browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Opera or IE 7 we have set a minimum width so that scrollbars will appear when your window is below a certain resolution to stop this.
