I realise WLM has a custom nickname option, and as a result all of my contacts have been renamed. Good for them, no?

My problem arises when I am chatting with several people at once. I use P!L's tabs feature, which results in a string of names across the top of a conversation window with the users' original names. I'd much rather have the renamed nicks appear in the tabs. Is there any way of having P!L tabs show my custom nicks, or... do I have to wait for msn to either fix it or P!L to add a custom nicks feature?

There is no way for Plus! to show the custom nicks..currently it has no access to the custom nicks functionality of WLM.

So uhm, basically... We should kill WLM?

Nope, Patchou will eventually find a solution with Microsoft, they regularly talk .

I certainly hope so. This is damaging my obsessive compulsive side.
