I'm working on something which is a plugin for Status2FTP. It's being built in PHP, and I'm currently stuck on a feature which converts the bbcode colour tags into proper colours.
I'd be very grateful if you could give me the translation table for them, because otherwise I'll be here for ages figuring out the colours.

You only need codes 0 to 63, and you can grab these from a screenshot of the Format Panel. Any other colours are either HTML codes (hex) or RGB triplets.
