i have had this problem before ever since i got msn live,, after a while i go to logon and it says " Service is Unavalible Please try again later" i waited and waited but still the same... i have done the troubleshooter and they all get green ticks except the one which says " IE's Offline settings"

ive clicked repair 5 times not but still nothing,, i have tried another account and it logs on,, WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM

EDIT: and i dont no why its saying "IE'S offline setting"  because i am searing thru the net!!

Messenger uses IE's Connection settings to determine how to connect to the Internet. If your IE config is set to 'Work Offline', then Messenger won't connect. Simple as that.
