I am getting a new computer, and would like not to lose all my saved stuff in messenger live, as in emotions.. display pics.. stuff like that. Is there any way for me to save them to a disc.. or e-mail them to myself so that i can have it on my new comp? Or should i just stop searching for a way to transfer my stuff.  Here are the versions that i am using right now.

Windows XP Service Pack 2 (5.1.2600)
Windows Live M senger 8.00.0792
M senger Plus! Live 4.01.0.240

it can backup all your emoticons, winks, display picture, backgrounds and even the dynamic pictures too.

The utility saves the backup on a folder you specify, after that you can copy that folder on a CD along with the utility so you can go to your new computer install the utility and use it to restore everything back to your WLM, all gets restore like you had it even the custom emoticons shorcuts you specified when you added or created a custom emoticon gets preserved.

That only works on Msn 7.xx

Nah it works with WLM too. Ive tried it myself .

I installed and did all the steps mentioned in the web page to save and install emoticons in another computer but it didnt work even that i got confirmation that it was done. Is it possible that it didnt work because the 2 versions of the msn are different? The source computer has MSN 7.0 build 7.0.0820 and the new one is 8.1.0178.00

Can I do something else?
