just wondered if anyone can help me? I rebuilt my computer and it wiped everything of it and ive just downloaded msn 7.5 again and I cant see my contacts pictures and when they send me a custom emotion it doesnt show? Ive checked all the options and ive made sure everything is ticked and ive reinstalled and uninstalled msn 3 times?

Do you have ZoneAlarm(Zone Labs)? Try this fix.

I have zone labs and mozilla firefox if thats anything to do with it? Ive disabled zone alarm, do i realy have to start all my computer in safe mode and do all that stuff? because i dont understand any of it!

Zone Labs is a paid version of Zone alarm.. so try the link in my previous post .
