O.P. is it the firewall or a bug??? MSN Remote Assistance Problem need help!!!
Hi i need to connect two pc's with msn remote assistance i have msn 8 with msg plus live..

and when i give a request to my frend and accept it nothin happen.. not even a window and all firewalls are turned off... any help guys?

cos this is frustrating! :(

Maybe you don't have remote assistance installed, or maybe your friend don't have.

Hi,

First, be patient.  Establishing a remote assistance connection can sometimes take a while.  I have had it take over a minute and thought it surely wasn't going to work, but then it connected.

Besides that -- are you and the other person behind routers?  If so, you might want to try some of the tips here.
