my english is not so good but i´ll try:

when i want to install the new messenger plus ( i have the latest version of live messenger) the installation begins normally

but when the balk is full, the window of the installation close and live messenger starts without inclueding the features of messenger plus!


so i need help!

Have you ever installed Sweetim or Smilie centeral? Im pretty sure they can conflict with messenger plus! live.

i know these things are good too
but i want msg plus ^^

No, i asked if you had ever downloaded or installed them, as they could conflict with Plus! live and can cause it to malfunction.

no i never installed the some other programms like this

Please note that his user has been to the IRC Support Channel and has attempted uninstalling (WLM & Plus), deleting Messenger's folder, reinstalling (both) and still experiences the same problem.
