RE: [release] Music now playing
yes i know its officially unsupported however in regard to this script it doesn't work well.
Whereas itunes+ script does it's tasks and they work mostly, but the developer is really busy and doesn't have the time to update and fix his script any more, hence why I'm 'switching' to now playing.... or would at least like to.

This is a godsend, thanks!
BTW just to add, you need to run foobar with the flag "/regsvr:comserver2" to start the com server.
So change your target path on your shortcut to something like
""C:\Program Files\foobar2000\foobar2000.exe" /regsvr:comserver2"

Foobar2k Support (w/out the winamp emulator plugin.., I feel that the COM plugin works better than the winamp one)
1. Install this - http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=39946&st=0
2. Create a file called fb2k.player.js and put it in the now playing's player folder in the script directory (Default: C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Scripts\Now Playing\players).
Input the data found here: http://www.ampaste.net/9037
And you should be ready.
Note: No support, the sendsong feature doesn't work for some reason. But at least it does what it is supposed to. Also, this assumes that FB2K is always open as long as Messenger is (i cannot use the interop.call to check if it's open for some reason..it's due to the GUID thing I guess)

RE: [release] Music now playing
I noticed that if you play a song longer than 1 hour you time in the pm shows this i.e.: xxxx/1:17:51
Funny is that when the xxxx is greater than 1 hour it shows: 75:02/1:17:51 in stead of 1:15:02/1:17:51
Can this be fixed? It's a minor bug.

nice tip... but I don't think this is a problem of this script... maybe you should try some plugin or script that its function is stop the overall spam in wlm...
Check this for example: http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?tid=69...d=758791#pid758791

Nice tip indeed . Thought as such I personally think that some flood-protection should be build in in _any_ script which uses remote commands ( so you don't need yet another script to stop something like this). So, it could well be one of those unwritten rules that if you use remote commands (starting with "!", another one of those unwritten rules) you should also build in some flood protection... dunno...
