Basically, i have a contact on my WLM contacts list, and i would like to know any available method to find out his machine information, well at least the computer name or logged-in username.
Is there any way to do this while chatting with him on WLM?

Not unless they have installed a script to give you that kind of information. This is classed as an invasion of privacy and hence why such a thing is not supported.
