You fail at descriptions

Does hiding the toolbars not do what you want?

We kinda need more input/mockups to feasibly work on something

i think he means somtheing like, when signed in, only MessengerContactList and that's it

Mine's compact enough, don't think it can get much more compact.

you can always use a,mess or plus patch to remove all the clutter and stuff

All skins will do this. They replace the files that MessPatch has changed, so you don't see the changes.

unless they're hard coded into the .exe eg some hex edits they make
