I accidentally clicked on Mark All Forums Read. Is there a way to undo this action?

Go to the Latest Posts page, click the "Config" link at the bottom, then check these options:

- Clear my history of read forums
- Ignore my "last visit" time

Do I have to keep the check mark next to Ignore my "last visit" time forever?

No, but it doesn't hurt to leave it checked... it's just a matter of personal preference.
