Can anyone post the new id's of each of the style and definition files?
I mean like, Chat Window=920 etc

Look at the Consolidated Windows of the resources once they've been extracted.

Most of the folder names indicate which id relates to which window.

And for the ones left, just take a look through the 'Pictures' in the consolidated file as most of them will let you work out which window is which

Is there a main background like 20061 was for 8.5?

Not really.
In the contact list for example, there are 625, 626 and 628. And I'm not counting with the tabs toolbar and that little updates panel.
All you can do is either use them the way it is or change the definitions file, so that you can have one background per window.

Is there a general background though? I mean, in 8.5, you could make the toolbars transparent and then the background behind them would appear. Can this be done on 2009? I haven't touched it yet and that is why I ask so much.

Not at all. As I said, each window has its own different backgrounds... untill now I haven't found any shared background, and not even a way to replace ConvoWindows backgrounds.
And you still have the scenes, wich can give you headaches (but you can hide in some cases) and What's New in Contact List, that has another background...

So, "in suma", no, no universal background, each window has it's own set of backgrounds =)
