O.P. no WLM9 sound and no WLM9 notifications (status busy)

i have
- vista
- a-patch
- messenger plus live 4.80
=> status busy
=> tabbed chats

problem:
- no WLM9 sound
- no WLM9 notifications

When you are set to busy you aren't supposed to get any sound or notifications.

That's the point of the busy status
