I have checked the old posts and their solutions do not fix this problem for me.  Has anything new been discovered to resolve the problem with "The following message could not be delivered to all recipients"????

I seem to get that problem a lot. One minute I'm instant messaging, the next minute I'll get that message. It comes and goes and it's really annoying. My question is: why does it do that? what's the cause?
