Well, I've made my way through all the suggestions in the sticky, I de- and reinstalled the whole messenger twice, and after all of this, I'm kinda desperate.
My Live messenger works just perfectly fine, but even though plus live is installed, the messenger doesn't seem to accept it, since it's not working when I start my Msn.
I don't have either Sweet IM or SmileyCentral, and yet, nothing's working out for me.
I had my antivirus programs running, nothing was found.
My Version of the messenger is the very newest, DLed it from the official Msn homepage, same for the Plus Live application.

Any suggestions on what to do to get the Plus Live running?
Deinstalling and redownloading won't work, that's the only thing I can tell.

Can you post a screenshot of your Programs & Features as there may be some software you have installed that is incompatible with Messenger Plus! Live that we are as yet unaware of.

Of course, there you got a small list of the programs currently being installed on my comp.

I think ZoneAlarm can cause problems with Messenger Plus! Live

Ugh, I didn't consider that yet.
I'mma try deinstalling ZoneAlarm since I'm actually not using it at all these days, so maybe that can solve my problem.
Thanks in regards, I will let you know how it came out.

EDIT:
I fully deinstalled ZoneAlarm, rebootet the comp, it didn't change a thing.
My Live Messenger is still running perfectly, but Plus! Live won't activate.
Grateful for more suggestions D;

To make sure and rule things out, try to disable SpyBot, Avira and xp-antispy  one by one, and check each time after a reboot if Plus! can attach itself.

Still, even if it's one of the Antivirus programs, I cannot just have one of them permanently disabled, at least not my Avira haha....
Well I'll check that option out too.

If it does prove to be one of your anti virus programs then there are plenty of other free replacements that won't interfere with Messenger Plus! Live...it's just a question of which you want more

Sure you can. As long as you don't download dodgy stuff you don't need it enabled while you're testing it.
