O.P. How to add created emoticons

Hi I created emoticons form here http://www.fgtmakers.com/en/emoticon/MakeEmoticons.php and I saved it in the computer. How i can now add it to my windows live messenger emoticon list?

Go to the main menu in Windows Live Messenger and choose
Tools > Emoticons...

In there you can browse for your new emoticons and add them.
