O.P. Quick Launch Toolbar
How do i completely, 100% get rid of the Quick Launch bar, i never use it and i doubt i ever will, but for some reason, intermittently when i log into windows the quick launch bar is back, and taking up 90% of my taskbar and i have to turn it off again, is there a registry key or something i can change to get rid of it??

RE: Quick Launch Toolbar
Goto "%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch" and delete the files there (backup if required) and nothing will show even if it's enabled...

the problem with this is that the bar is still "there" just there is nothing in it, i dont want the bar to be there at all, and as i said when i disable it it randomly enables itself again once i restart, so id like a way to disable it for good so it doesnt even appear to exist
