O.P. Too many bugs man!

OS: Win98Se
MSN: 6.2.0133
MSGPLUS!: 3.00.92

Msn has been acting strangely after i updated to 6.2 and Plus! 3.0.

Bug number one: See Screenshot, I can't start conversations! I get this stupid error.
