I think the Plus! Notifications could be a little improved if they could be enabled/disabled for certain satuses only. That way, when set to "Appear Offline", for example, no popups come up, and no sounds are heard.

My original thought was to see this as a plugin, allowing control over both Messenger and Plus! popups and sounds.
