MSN won't let me block or keep a message history...

O.P. MSN won't let me block or keep a message history...

When i try to block a person, i get an error, and i still see they are online but no block icon, i click on their name and it appears they have been blocked.

I will show you the error messages i am getting:

I went on another hotmail account and i never had this problem, and it only started to happen today, any ideas?
