Alright I know this is totally not the right community to ask this question, but I can't find the answer anywhere on the internet soo im turning to the super smart people in here

The problem or question that I have is that when I go to downloads in PHPNuke on my site and add a download it is asking for a file link.... im not sure where to point this i have the file on my computer but thats not what i'm using as my server. I just want to upload my Power Point Presentations to my site if anyone has any idea on how to do this...... it would be the biggest help in the world.
