I don't know, but I think I ask too many questions lately

I have this ugly white box behind "File," "Edit," etc.
At first, I thought it was because of the transparency feature from Plus!, but it wasn't because the Notepad has it, too.

This happened sometimes in the past, but I could use System Restore.
This time, there was a problem with System Restore

Any idea what might cause it?
