O.P. Problem sending pictures

I'm not sure if plus is the problem but something is blocking people from sending pictures to me, I'm using MSN 7 build 7.0.0777 with plus 3.50.124 and stuffplug plugin...

Whenever someone tries to send me a picture I get this:

xxxxx tried to send you a file (xxxxxx.jpg). This file has been blocked because it is potentially unsafe.

Does anyone else have this problem?
