O.P. Lost photo, i only can find it in DP

Well hey, this is my question, i have a photo in my dp list, i can use and it appears, but umm i just can't find where it is in my pc

.

so i tried to use the search and search for its name, but it seems i have renamed it before.

so now how can i find this photo?
