O.P. Countdown Plug-In Help

I downloaded and followed these instructions:

Just unzip everything into the plugin directory and run the Add_Remove (en).vbs, which is located in the Count Detector folder.

But when i re-open MSN, the plug-in doesnt show up in the list?
