Well, aparently a guy got scammed by another ( Amir ) who sold him a faulty laptop.
What did the buyer do?
He found embarrasing photos of Amir in the hard drive and wrote a blog ( in the 1st person, as if he was the seller ) showing what the scammer had on the HD.

There is a chance of it being fake, it is being ivnestigated by the police, the scammer said to journalists that his life has turned into hell.
