O.P. Bios / overclocking

Ok guys,
I have a 3.0 ghz intel P4 with 1 gb of DDR2 RAM. I am in the mood to get the moost out of it.

I go into BIOS (where usually you can overclock it) but there is nothing there

I know its a made by phoenix. But is there any programs that I can overclock with?
