O.P. I AM AN IDIOT: i downloaded windows plus and nothing happend

i do not get what to do..i downloaded windows plus and nothing happend....i cant go into windows plus it does nothing and my normal windows live messenger hasn't changed a bit...what am i suposed to do with this Messenger Plus! (N)
