O.P. Download Internet Explorer 7 RC1
Microsoft has finally released the release candidate for Windows Internet Explorer 7.
Here are the download links for each supported system.

My Opinion so far: excellent several bug that were in beta 2 have been fixed, in addition to the main bug that prevented me from using IE when i tried to upgrade, or even revert back to the original IE7 b2
