Confused on my AGP card

Hello again...

Another question.

I bought an AGP card "GeForce 7900GS 512MB (256-BITS) DDRIII" of inno3d now when I goto inno3d website or nvidia website I only find a card with 256MB 256BIT under 7900GS, I am sure my card is "GeForce 7900GS 512MB (256-BITS) DDRIII" and its from inno3d

its not GTX of that im sure to

also from where to get its latest drivers as inno3d has an old drver version for download and nvidia has a more current one available.

second question, nvidia, inno3d and xfx they all produce Gforce cards and they all have nvidia chip in them...

can anyone explain to me why 3 companies producing the same line of series?
