O.P. Tabbed not showing

Windows live messenger 2009 (build 14.0.5027.908)
Messenger plus! Live 4.79.0.342 (Beta)

I have found that you can't see the tabbed if you are showing the menu.

The tabbed get hidden under the menu on top.

Switching it to left cause 1 tab to be hidden under the menu
