After updating to the most recent version of Live Messenger, there is a bug with the custom emoticons. Not the ones you save yourself, but the fancier ones that replace the default ones. I switched between the Zero-G and GI Joe skins, and both show the same problem.
The screen shot shows my problem, and the emoticons that are supposed to come up are:
It also shows my Windows Live Version and Plus! Version.
