Did they not notice this kinda
already exists with the same name? The title of the page is "Messenger Plus Skins for Facebook Messenger" (and btw, it's Plus! not Plus), but it otherwise just seems to talk about an alternative client, presumably allowing skins. Haven't seen any announcements about it.
Also, whilst we're at it...
Reimage Plus? (Not to be confused with
Plus! Image.)
