Yes, that is the offical database but it contains loads of scripts, so how are we to know what settings you mean exactly if you do not show us which you mean? Without name and URL of the script it is impossible to give you exact instructions.
Generally a plugin/script has a menu reachable from the scripts button (either the main window or conversation window):

Make sure the Messenger Plus! buttons are shown in both. You can enable them via:
Plus! > Preferences and options > Appearance > Contact List
