O.P. new hotmail acct but can't access
I just opened a hotmail.com account but unable to access. I have tried to reset the password but they are unable to verify that I am the registered user. I could not answer some of the questions because I have not received any messages from other people, couldn't answer the secret question because I must have selected the wrong question when setting up the account. I did not set up new files so could not answer that question, etc. I really want to keep this account. What do I do?
