You should keep it where it's now.
If you put it under IP, that will be dodgy
The ip is after the sig and the post ends before the sig so the text "this post has been edited by..." would make no much sense (after the sig)
I've read very quickly this thread, maybe others sasid something similar.
The text we're talking about, is about the post, not the sig nor anything else, so it should go just after the post, ie. where it's now.
Also, the IP address: logged should not be shown to us, non admin/mods members, because we can't use it so ...
