Well I don't need to really know the monitor, but where those system requirements do look low compared to some of the stuff on the market, they shouldn't do anything to influence your IE in any way.
(lol, your OS is drunk )...I have no ideas...I know it's probably a long shot but when did you last do a DeFrag?
