it's a system that let you (or maybe only us, elites, mods & admins) give a mark to each user, based on his/her posts.

Elites and Staff will be able to vote on users' posts. I haven't coded a special system as suggested in other threads yet. I probably will in the future, but first I think we need to do some polls to find out what kind of reputation system everyone wants. For example, vote on posts or users? Who should be allowed to vote? Can votes be changed? That all needs to be decided.
