I don't see any need for more forums. it's just more work removing spam from extra threads that could be nicely placed in Tech Talk. Unless you think we should name it Tech Talk & Programming?
The Spanish thing is another issue. Minaly cause it would be chrono in charge of it.
Seriously, it would mean opening other language forums (dutch, french, etc..) being requested and that would bring up the whole "who mods what" debate.
