Sorry, but that has nothing to do with Plus! It's a limitation of Messenger. Well, in fact, that's not a limitation. That's done on pourpose (by Microsoft) to prevent er... I don't know how to said that ... let's say... to prevent dodgy things
Only "words" that start with "www.", "http:/", "https:/" or "ftp:/" will be recogniced as links and then underlined.
