O.P. MSN hotmail and annoucement links

I just downloaded the newest version of MSN Messenger Plus (3.01.94 2nd of June 2004) and when I get annoucement about friends just got online, I clicked on the annoucement and normally a new chat box opens, now NOTHING happens ^o)

and the same thing happens with the hotmail link...

PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ help...
