MsgPlus! could get corrupted during the installation. You should re-install it. Remember to close as many programs as you can while installing it, to avoid any interference.
It is not supposed to work when you double click MsgPlus.exe, instead it should start along with windows and place a Plus! menu at the left of al Messenger menu bars and some icons over the text input field in your conversations and in front of your contacts when you pass your cursor over them.
